Alert Centre Global 24/7 Monitoring and Alerting For Critical Environments
Avoid disaster in your data centre, server room, office, warehouse, remote locations and other critical environments by receiving alerts direct to your phone when temperature, humidity, water leak, smoke, power, security problems strike.
The Jacarta Alert Centre Global (ACG) facility is a subscription-based service that works in conjunction with our environmental monitoring devices to provide automatic alarm notification via Telephone Voice Call, SMS Text Message and Email to up to 10 recipients.
The Jacarta ACG sends messages to your proprietary order of ‘Contacts’ as follows:
Immediately: The installed location is telephoned.
After 30 seconds: ‘Contact 1’ is notified by telephone, text and email.
After 2 minutes: ‘Contact 2’ is notified by telephone, text and email.
After a further 2 minutes: ‘Contact 3’ is notified by telephone, text and email.
…..and so on up to 10 contacts
The ACG solution uses and online portal for configuration. The portal allows users to quickly and easily update contact records and escalation procedures. It is also possible to view the activation history in order to analyse alarms and responses.
(If a contact responds to any alert message, the remaining messages are not sent, and all previously notified personnel will receive a new message informing them that someone is taking action).
Alert Centre Global provides you with:
Monitoring and Alerts 24/7
Automated Telephone Voice Alerts
SMS Alerts
Email Alerts
Customisable Escalation Procedure
Alarm History
Online User Portal for Account Management
The ACG service is a cost-effective way of knowing exactly what is happening in your IT or Comms room 24/7.
The service is supplied on an annual subscription basis. Alarm conditions from Jacarta monitoring devices can be relayed via emails to the ACG servers which will then automatically invoke the alert notification escalation procedure (information above).
On receipt of an email alarm from the interSeptor, interSeptor Pro, SP2 or SP8, an initial call will be made from the Alert Centre server to the main customer site relaying a voice message detailing that an alarm condition has occurred.
A voice message call will then be made and an SMS sent to the first named contact detailing the nature of the alarm. If the first recipient does not acknowledge the alarm, the voice and SMS message will be sent to the second and third recipients and so on. Emails will also be sent to all 10 recipients.
The ACG is user manageable via the online portal. Personnel contact information can be updated anytime as required.
