Jacarta Product Firmware Downloads

Thank you for purchasing a Jacarta product. This page holds the current firmware information for each product and how to obtain new firmware should it be required.

interSeptor

The v1 interSeptors are no longer provided with updated firmware and the last revision was v1.12. If you have a v1 interSeptor and require this firmware please contact Jacarta Support.

The v2 interSeptor is our current model and the latest firmware is v2.07. If you have a v2 interSeptor and require this firmware please contact Jacarta Support.

This firmware adds and fixes the following;

ADD	When one of the Go-Probe sensors enters an alarm state the word Active is now red rather then yellow and the alarm is classified as Critical rather then Warning.
FIX	With a certain configuration in some browsers (mainly Firefox) the script behind the 'Test Mail' button did not complete correctly, thus a mail was not sent. This has been now been fixed.

interSeptor Pro 8, 16 and 24

The current firmware for the interSeptor Pro 8, 16 and 24 is v1.04. If you have an interSeptor Pro and require this firmware please contact Jacarta Support.

This firmware adds the following;

ADD	If the NTP sync fails there will now be an 'NTP fail' message in the 'System Event' log.
ADD	The colours of the Comprehensive View have been changed to grey so that the values are easier to see.
ADD	The 'Sender's email address' field has been extended to accept addresses of up to 63 characters.

PowerFox8

The current firmware for the PowerFox8 is v1.07. If you have a PowerFox8 and require this firmware please contact Jacarta Support.

This firmware adds the following;

ADD	A Hysteresis field has been added to the EMD alarms.
ADD	A Delay and Extend timer has been added to the Digital Outputs.
